Privacy statement

Last updated: 22 October 2026

Influencer Monitor is a product of Stichting Reclame Code (SRC). We take the protection of personal data seriously and process it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act (AVG). This statement explains what we process through this website, why, and what rights you have. It applies to this website only. Processing in the context of the Influencer Monitor product is governed by separate agreements.

Who is responsible

The controller for personal data processed through this website is Stichting Reclame Code, Buitenveldertselaan 106, 1081 AB Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 41197814.

For any privacy question you can contact SRC's privacy officer at privacy@reclamecode.nl or +31 20 301 33 90.

Personal data we process via this website

This website has two forms: the "Request a quote" form on the Pricing page and the inquiry form behind the "Learn more" button on the Product page. Both ask for your name, organisation and work email. The project description or inquiry you write may also contain personal data, depending on what you choose to include. When you submit a form, an email with these details opens in your own email app, and we receive it once you send it. A copy of what you submit is also stored in the website's database, so your request is not lost if the email is never sent. If you email us directly instead, we receive your email address and any details you choose to put in the email.

We process these details only to respond to your inquiry or quote request. We do not use them for marketing, newsletters or any other purpose, and we do not add you to a mailing list. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering questions sent to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The "Book a demo" buttons take you to Calendly, an external scheduling service. If you book a demo there, the details you enter reach us as a booking, and Calendly's own privacy policy applies to how Calendly handles them.

This website does not use cookies or tracking, we do not profile visitors and we do not sell personal data. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP addresses in server logs, only to keep the website secure and available (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep data

We keep your emails and form submissions for as long as we need them to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than seven years after our last contact, in line with SRC's general privacy policy. When we no longer need them for that purpose, we delete them sooner.

Who we share data with

We share personal data only with parties that help us provide our services, under a data processing agreement, or where the law requires it. These are:

  • Lovable, which hosts this website and stores form submissions.
  • Google (Google Workspace), which provides our email.
  • Calendly, if you book a demo through the "Book a demo" link.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, an adequacy decision (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss and unlawful processing, including encryption in transit and access on a need-to-know basis.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have incorrect data corrected;
  • have your data erased;
  • restrict processing;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest;
  • receive your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@reclamecode.nl. We respond within one month. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal data, please contact us first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
